The structure that's still working is four lines and zero fluff.
Line 1 — Specific trigger. Not 'I saw your LinkedIn,' but 'Saw the Series B announcement — congrats on the round.'
Line 2 — Tension. 'Most CROs scaling from 30 to 100 reps hit a wall around month four with ramp time.'
Line 3 — One sentence of relevance. 'We helped [comparable company] cut ramp from 6 months to 11 weeks.'
Line 4 — Binary ask. 'Worth a 15-min look, or not a priority right now?'
Total: under 80 words. No links. No P.S. No 'circling back.' The constraint is the signal.
